The B12-5B, B15-2A, B15-2B & B15-2BR batteries are designed to power high-speed and other digital cameras: Phantom, Redlake, Photron, DRS, Weinberger etc. B-15's are also ideal to power 16mm high-speed film cameras and accessory lights. Environmental considerations are defined by model designations. For example: 2A models are suitable for general field and laboratory applications and with stand shock environments up to 15-g's. The 2B models are ruggedized for Hi-g applications up to 100g's and re supplied with a heavy-duty 3/8" base plate with threaded mounting holes; metric and SAE. The B15-2BR battery includes a built-in solid-state remote control circuit that handles short duration current demands up to 30-amps. A user supplied DC voltage and/or contact closure triggers the remote circuit to switch power ON/OFF. Remote cable lengths up to one-mile are acceptable between the battery and the remote locations. A fully charged B15-2A or 2B battery will simultaneously power up to three (3) typical high-speed digital cameras for approximately 15-minutes. If the cameras are in a low power standby mode one battery will supply power fore several hours. |

The C-12B & C-15B chargers incorporate a unique electronic design tailored to the characteristics of the sealed lead-acid cells in these batteries. Charging rates automatically switch from High to Trickle when the battery reaches a fully charged state. Input power is 115/230VAC 50/60Hz. selectable by an external voltage switch. an internationally approved 3-pin power entry receptacle is utilized with a built-in fuse holder that accepts 5 x 20mm metric fuses. All charger use electrical components that meet major international standards and are CE approved. Most commercial batteries and chargers are high volume production products. Not so with these batteries and chargers. Strict quality control, assembly and test procedure assure that each battery and charger meet defined performance specifications. For example, each battery is tested and certified to charge & discharge times at specific voltage levels and must meet this criteria. The result is a power source that is unequalled in the high-speed camera industry for reliability. The careful integration of battery and charger designs assure; long battery life and low cost over the life of the pack, usually 5 years or longer.
