The Model 628 is specifically designed to produce serial timing signal for recording on film in high-speed cameras, at speeds up to 10,000 frames-per-second. It incorporates 2 selectable timing formats and 6 LED driver channels. Each 628 is like 2 separate timing-pulse-generators on a single chassis, as each 3 channel group allows independent selection of:
